Have you ever have one of those “AHA!” moments when you realize that you’ve been walking around with a sort of broken record of harping messages beginning with ‘I should…” repeating in the back of your mind all the time? Me too. Also, this cannot be healthy. And yet I fear that if I were to turn these thoughts off I might cease to progress. And then there’s the part of me that relays thoughts such as, stop caring about all of that, already! What kind of life are you living if you waste your time thinking about all of that crap?!

It is the resolution season, and anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that the phrase, “I made a resolution to ___________,” is a well-worn, year-round statement of mine. Is this way of living normal? Read my “Should Do List”—you be the judge.
